The Desert Cities Jazz Band brings happy, swinging live jazz and world-class musical guests to audiences in a format that is unique to Vicky's and the desert. The 7 members of the Band have played in recording studios, road bands, and live performances on Broadway and TV shows; their careers have taken them around the world from Carnegie Hall to the London Palladium to NY, Chicago and LA jazz clubs. Band members include Allen Goodman, leader; Stan Watkins, Kent McGarity, Danny Flahive, Bob Corwin, Don Shelton and Hal Linden. The ONLY program in the desert that features a new critically acclaimed guest each and every week.
